Terms Of Service:
General Terms:
☆ As the artist, I maintain complete ownership and all my rights to my all artworks.☆ I mostly do personal commissions.
For commercial commissions, let me know first and then we can discuss it.☆ My TOT is 2-3 weeks.
For rushed commissions: If the timeframe is shorter than 2 weeks. You will have to pay up additional 15% fee on the original price first for it.☆ Requests for major revisions on the characters, colours, poses, and composition of the piece are free only during the sketching phase.
After the sketch has been approved, there will be an additional 10% fee for a maximum of 2 more revisions after the sketching stage.☆ I will be posting my art commissions, drawing process of the commissions, and the finished piece on my socials.
If you are looking for a private commissions, let me know first!☆ You may post the commission on your social media, use it as a profile picture, banner, or any sort of decoration as long as credit is given.☆ I will not claim your character or OC. I will only claim my art if I post. I will let you know before posting the commission and will credit you.
Declining The Commission And Blacklisting:
☆I have every right to decline any commissions that makes me uncomfortable.☆I will not tolerate disrespectful behaviour, any rude and out of place commentary, making fun of my style or downgrading it.
You will be blacklisted, no refunds and I won't finish the commission if you crossed the lines.
Terms of usage:
☆ As a client, you can't sell, reuse, trace, copy, or change anything in my artwork.
☆ You can't mix it with AI and claim it as yours.
☆ You can't erase my watermark on the artwork for any reason.
☆You may repost as long as the credit is given and with my consent first.
Methods Of Payment:
☆ I mainly accept Ko-fi. PayPal is an option if you don't have anything else.☆ Payment is paid 50% upfront before the sketching stage. And the other 50% is paid after the commission is done.

Refunds and Cancellation:
☆ Once I start working on the commission, full refunds aren't an option.☆ I will refund the money depending on the stage I'm in.
For example: If I finished 25% of the commission, only 75% will be refunded from the full price.☆ Client cancellation requests can't be accepted after 50% of the commission is done.
